I'm Alison, a yoga instructor, lifestyle blogger and Long Beach native, living in Southern California with my husband Chris and our two kiddos, Callie and Ford.

Though I will always be a student of yoga first and foremost, it brings me great joy to share the practice of yoga through teaching as well. I started practicing while in college (2011) and completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training with Jenn Bobbitt at Yoga Centre in March of 2014. Since then, I have taught Vinyasa and Hatha-based classes at the Yoga Centre SLO and Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, as well as community classes at lululemon, and corporate fitness classes at Google and around the bay area. I completed a CorePower C2 Intensive training in summer 2018 and taught weekly classes at the SF Financial District location for over a year.
With a background in anatomy and physiology, I have a strong appreciation for the positive effects yoga can have on your health and your life -- not just physically, but mentally, emotionally, and spiritually too.
